Alvin is the Head of Supervisory Technology at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, responsible for implementation and advancement of Suptech and Fintech, as well as supervision of the adoption of novel technologies. His background includes roles as a management consultant at an international accounting & consultancy firm and a security strategist at one of the major cloud service providers. He holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Cybersecurity.
