Mr Chen Guang, is currently the Deputy General Manager of the Digital Currency Task Force of BOCHK and BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd, responsible for the planning studies, product innovation, implementation and promotion of Central Bank Digital Currencies in BOCHK.

Mr Chen has successively worked in the Information Technology Department and the Credit Card Department of parent company BOC. He has rich experience in technology related work and payment solutions and is good at integrating information technology with traditional banking business for digital transformation.

Mr Chen also led the BOCHK team to successfully build the BoC Pay mobile payment application, and developed more than million customers in 3 years.

Mr Chen Guang holds a master’s degree in Computer Science.
