Dr. Jackie Liu has over 20 years’ solid technical and business development leadership experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunication industry.
He was awarded a PhD in Physis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Jackie strives to promote Smart City solutions to the Hong Kong Government and to the society.
