Marco Lim is a seasoned professional in the digital assets industry, currently serving as a key Web3 figure at Solowin Holdings 華贏證券(SWIN.US) and as a Web3 partner at Solomon Securities. He is also a Strategic Advisor and shareholder at MaiCapital Limited, a licensed virtual assets fund manager. Additionally, Marco is a member of the Hong Kong Government Web3 Task Force sub-committee and teaches Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets courses as a part-time lecturer at HKU Space and Hong Kong Securities and Investment institute (HKSI).
As a founding member of the Hong Kong Licensed Virtual Asset Association (HKLVAA) and an executive committee member of the Hong Kong Digital Assets Society (HKDAS), Marco plays a crucial role in establishing industry standards.
With over 16 years of experience in sales and trading at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, Marco has held leadership roles focused on Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodities. He was also on the investment committee of the Blockchain Opportunity Fund and served as the fund manager for the Bitcoin Plus Investment Fund at MaiCapital.
