David has over 16 years in the area of information security including risk management, penetration testing, application security, mobile security, DevSecOps and application development in various industries such as government, private sectors, utilities and FSI and is currently the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Hang Seng Bank. Prior to joining the bank, David led a team of security consultants being part of the to deliver hands on security testing and solutions to various industries as well as led the cyber security operations center for incident management and was trained by various institutions in practical penetration testing and cyber security risk management.
